Sync your Calendars
This adds your assigned SignGlasses jobs to your personal calendar. You can currently do this with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook.
Please in mind that syncing is new and still being tested. Always refer to your SignGlasses calendar for the most accurate schedule.
Get the SignGlasses Calendar Link
In your SignGlasses account,
Click View profile at the bottom the left of your screen.
Select the Availability tab
Copy the link under Your session calendar url
Paste the link into your calendar
On Google Calendar...
Open your Google Calendar
Click the Gear icon at the top-right
Select Settings
Click Add Calendar on the left-hand side
Select From URL
Paste the link
Click the blue [Add Calendar] button
All SignGlasses jobs that you are assigned to should now show up on your Google Calendar!
On Apple Calendar...
Open your Apple iCal calendar
Click File
Select New Calendar Subscription
Paste the link
Click [Subscribe]
Name the calendar and set your preferences.
Click [OK]
All SignGlasses jobs that you are assigned to should now show up on your Apple Calendar!
On Microsoft Outlook...
Open your Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Click Add Calendar on the left-hand side
Select Subscribe from web
Paste the link
Name the calendar and set your preferences.
Under the Add to drop-down, select My calendars
Click [Import]
Close the pop-out window
All SignGlasses jobs that you are assigned to should now show up on your Microsoft Outlook Calendar!
