Dual Captioning in SignGlasses and StreamText

Edited

This process requires Case CATalyst

At this time, you can only dual caption using the Case CATalyst software. If you are using this software, please continue through this guide for these steps.

Adjust the Output selection in CaseCAT

  • Open the Case CAT application and log in

In CaseCAT, click Translate on the top menu bar

  • In the pop-up window that appears, click the drop-down menu next to Output To

  • Select Multiple Outputs

  • Select CaseView and StenoKeys and click OK.

“Caseview” is used as the output to StreamText and “Stenokeys” is used for the output to SignGlasses.

Keep your cursor in the SignGlasses text box

Now you are all set to dual caption in SignGlasses and StreamText!

Remember to keep your cursor in the SignGlasses text box while captioning. If it is not there, it will stop sharing your captions and won’t save your captioning strokes.
