Live Chat:

While in a SignGlasses Session, you can access live chat support for immediate assistance. To start a chat:

  • Click on the [Support] button on the control bar

  • Click [Start live chat]

    • It will open up a window where you can type and send us a message

This is one of the fastest ways to reach our support team!


Guide Chat

You can also reach us through our Help Center.

  • Click the red widget at the bottom of the screen and send us a message

When you reach out to us through the Guide Chat, we don't see your name, so try to give us your name when you reach out. If you don't, we will ask your name before anything else.

If you need to leave the chat, click the button in the chat that says "Notify Me" and enter in your email. That will allow us to email you with updates.


Office Hours

Our office hours are:

6:30 am - 6:30 pm Mountain Time, Monday - Friday.

We have on-call support outside these hours, but response times may be slower. Non-urgent inquiries will be addressed on the next business day.
