If your organization has enabled this feature, you can review the recordings of your SignGlasses sessions. The recording will become available to you shortly after that session is over.

You can see these on a browser window or on the mobile app.

• Log into your SignGlasses account

• Select the Recorded Sessions page on the left-hand side of your screen

• Scroll through the list to find the session you wish to view

  • The recordings are labeled by session title with the most recent sessions at the top.

• Click on the thumbnail of the video you want to review

• You will also see any notes or bookmarks you took during the session.

  • If you click on these, the video will skip ahead to that part. This allows you to quickly review important topics.

• Login to SignGlasses in the mobile app

• Select More from the menu at the bottom-right of your screen

• Select Session History

• Scroll through the list to find the session you are looking for

• Select the session and scroll down the page to view the video

In the mobile app, you cannot review your notes and bookmarks. If you took notes in SignGlasses, please log in via a browser window on your computer or tablet.

If you believe you should have these recordings available but don't see them when following these steps, please reach out to your administrator.
