You can view all of your SignGlasses transcripts from your account. Your transcript should be available to you within 24 hours of the completed session.

You can see these on a browser window or on the mobile app.

• Log into your SignGlasses account

• Select Session Recaps from the menu on the left side of the screen

• Select the session you'd like to view.

  • Sessions are listed by title, with the most recent sessions at the top

• Click [Download transcript]

The transcript will download to your device and you can locate it in your files and open it for review.

• Login to SignGlasses in the mobile app

• Select Settings from the menu at the bottom-right of your screen

• Select Session History

• Scroll through the list to find the session you are looking for

• Select the session and scroll down the page to view the transcript

If you believe you should have these transcripts available but don't see them when following these steps, please reach out to your administrator.
