Upload Your Certifications/Licenses

This guide will walk you through uploading your certifications/licenses to SignGlasses.

This allows us and you keep track of when these need to be renewed and helps ensure that you will be notified of available assignments that require those certifications or licenses.


Open the Documents Tab

  • Login to your SignGlasses account

  • Click [View Profile] at the bottom left your screen.

  • Select the Documents Tab

  • Click the blue [Add] button.


Upload your Document

  • Scroll through the list and select the certification or license that you want to upload.

  • Click [Choose File]

  • Select the file from your device and click [Open]

  • Enter in the expiration date (if any) and click the blue [Submit] button.


The SignGlasses Team will review your documents

After you submit these, they will show up under Documents pending approval. The SignGlassesOperations Team will approve these and will reach out if there are any issues. Once approved, you'll see it under Approved Documents.

When a document has expired, you will see it under Expired Documents.

Repeat this process for each of your certifications and licenses.
